Pretty much why no other team has had as much success in the last 15 years with the lions a close second.
Uhhh, I'd say the Stamps are even better. Since 1990, we have won GC's in 1992, 1998, 2001 & 2008. Lost the GC in 1991, 1995, 1999. Other than F Troop, our management has been real stable. That's 8 Grey Cup games in 22 seasons.
If you showed this Spectator quote to the bomber brainrust they might not now what is being discussed. Bomber drafting and player procurement seems to be more random than deliberate while Als is far more deliberate than random.
Sometimes. even a blind acorn finds a dead squirrel - so the bombers have been able to round up a few good men (Chris Matthews, Chad Simpson, Marcellus Bowman, Henoc Mumboa) but you could count this list on one hand - - - - the Als & Lions have dozens each - - - - and only a few short-term duds surface!
Uhhh, I said 15 years. You missed the playoffs 2002-2004. Lions and als are the only teams to make the playoffs every year since 1997.
Alouettes have been in 8 Grey Cups in the past 12 years (since 2000). 3 wins and 5 losses which has been a tough pill for them to swallow and really the only black mark on the record of Anthony Calvillo.
Our red is nicer than your red. Our horse could kick the crap out of your bird.
I'm no Alouettes fan.
I'll be a fan of the next team that hires me. Until then I'm free agent all the way.
You love the Eskies. Admit it...
