    might as well add that Troy Smith has signed with the als to this thread. Looks like Popp is starting to realize that AC may not make it through the year.

    AC has his eyes on the Sam Etcheverry record for consecutive games with a TD pass which he would reach in their 17th game and break in their 18th game.

    He may even come back for another season to reach the Brett Farve levels (53 TD passes short and 412 completions short)

    yeahhhhhh we knew all that but the way he's been playing i doubt if Popp will let his team finish 3-15 for the sake of that record. As I said these next two games will be determinant. If AC doesn't throw a TD pass then we don't have to have him keep playing for the sake of any streak. He's really been struggling this year.

    only 269 yards left to 80,000. At the very least it'll be something to achieve that.
