I have been pretty vocal here about how I don't miss Hank as a Stampeder. Even if we were mired in last place, I'd still be glad he was gone. IMO it was time for him to go... I was just wondering if I am the only one. So, I have 2 questions: Do you miss Hank? Was it a mistake to trade him to Hamilton?

looking at his stats heading into last night he was pretty impressive.

last night however brought him back to earth.

i'd wait til hamilton plays in calgary to make that assessment. if the stamps beat him again then i'd have to agree.

I agree with ISO. Henry was never going to get the job done in Calgary. I do not know if it was the pressure from the fans or Huff but he needed to go. I am very happy with the return we received in Glenn, Dewitt and I beleive a conditional draft pick. Also with Ottawa coming back we would have lost Burris to Ottawa for nothing in return. Even if Tate does not work out I really like what I have seen from Mitchell.I really believe the future is positve for Calgary and we should be Grey Cup contenders in a very short time.

I miss some of those plays he makes when the pocket breaks down that Glenn simply can't make. I liked Henry but the fact is that he could have the Stamps at 5-1 this year but well all know what would happen in the playoffs which is why he's gone. Last night was a big game for him personally and he did what he does in big games which is come up short.

Lost in cornish's 210 total yards was Kev Glenn rushing 2 for 22 - thats unheard of from THE LITTLE MAN. One thing I think we can all agree on whether we think Glenn is a D+ QB or a B QB, the little big man is a GAMER!

That 2010 playoff loss to the Riders in the Western Final is a game I will never forget. As a frustrated fan, I was livid with the way Hank played. he was a scared baby rabbit all game. I never liked him as a qb after that. Totally lost me as a fan that day. Couldnt wait for him to leave.

I admit that game was an epic fail on his part.

We should have played the Als in the GC at home in 2010. Instead Hank played like a scared little kid & we lost. I guarantee you deuvl that had we played you we would have known how to count.

There's a reason an athletic kid like Burris never made it in the NFL.

6'2", 220 lbs. - great wheels, above average arm.

Obviously, he couldn't even get a job as an NFL cling-on (3rd or 4th string QB). He was totally lost in the unforgiving NFL schemes, couldn't remember his reads, couldn't cope with tighter coaching supervision, etc. He was an NFL bust, who for the most part has been a bust in the CFL (other than the one big year) and a passel of big statistical games.

The final game of the 2002 season likely did Burris in with the 4 INTs against Tampa but nobody really expected Dick Jauron to last past that either.

stampeders have an uncanny habit of choking when they're hosting: 1993,2000,2009 are prime examples.

sorry it didn't pan out but it's a small price to pay to Forever make fun of Gopher nation:D

That is true and while Burris wasn't clutch the fact is that Calgary teams rarely ever are. I actually like the Stampeders chances of winning a playoff game this year because they will likely be the underdog not expected to win.

That answer says it all. It's the Tundra curse. Needs to be lifted in time for 2017.
