Had just barely coffee'd off the results of watching BC/Wpg when I got to enjoy Hammie tune Saskatchewed'on.
Peaked in @ Rider site, wild and truly funny!! Good winners, fantastic losers...
Checked Regina Police Services, two officers @ Wascana Bridge in case there are any jumpers, they mentioned its only 4 feet to the water but still concerned.
Ottawa beats them at home this week and the kool-aid will be served.
Vague rumours swirling around about Ottawa dealing a starting QB to Sask?
Taman sighted @ Regina airport, wearing a disguise.

It was quite the game. Hamilton really did their homework and shut down most of the run game.

Yup I was very surprised by the offensive lays they set out for the young qb. Cortez should know better that you need to setup the offense to suit the needs of a young QB and he didn't do that. No wonder this young QB failed that type of offensive play calling was more suitable to a seasoned vet not a rookie QB.

This really helps us, and gives us a cushion.

That result really made a hash out of the points-spread CFL pool in which I participate, drawing my nearest pursuer (who bet more wisely than I did) into a dead heat with me for 2nd place (with the player now in 4th only 10 points back of the two of us). My only consolation on that front was the guy we're all chasing bet even more heavily than I did on the 'riders, and now he's only 34 points in the lead (down from a 150 point margin 2 weeks ago).

All of that said, the biggest consolation is seeing the 'riders go down to defeat.

For Stampeders' fans, you gotta know that's never hard to take...:p

Well so much for the rider fan theory ! Some of them stated that their offense is so good a chimp could play QB and they still could win.

Well, I guess given your line of work and your 'insider knowledge' of animal behaviour, that's a fair assessment for you to have made...;)

That offensive game plan was terrible for the young QB I totally blame Cortez. We have alswyas heard in the past when our QB's had little experience that Huff made the game plan easy and toward the young qb's strengths that was not the case for the riders rookie QB. Cortez used a game plan that DD would have used and thats face it watching that game most passes were to far ahead or behind receivers. More stable run game with short passes would be far more effective for a guy that has had little experience.

I don't care who it is, it's always fun to watch the wheels come off a pro sports team. The anguish….

    B. C. and Calgary loose the #1 QB and the organization has a solid "Plan B".
The almighty Green Machine offers up that shyte show?

With Hamilton finally having some semblance at home I think it will be very tough for teams to win at THF. Hope the Ticats can beat the Eskies this week as well.

Just like the Stamps (first half) I think the Riders came into the game unprepared and played with little inspiration and emotion. The score was indicative. Besides after losing twice in a row somewhat badly I think Ticat's player wanted the win more.
