Wpg Blue Bombers announced today they have signed 3 players from their neg list.

    1. Oscar Pistorius (returner) - South Africa Not-A-State - Joe Mack said he had hectic negotiations with Oscar's rep, Nelson Mandela during the Olympic games. Most of the negotiation centred around who would pay for Oscar's skis. Bomber coach Porky Plop said he intends to dress Oscar as a designated import and said he should have no problem picking up bomber schemes, cuz 'Heck, we don't have any!'

    2. Serena Williams, MLB, Dragon State - bomber management thought this one might be impossible. Serena gives the team a real presence in the middle, she's not scared of anyone, she can tear your head off and she's got the best side-to-side range of any bomber middle linebacker since the halcyon days of Mickey Doyle. Plop also noted Discipline might be a slight problem for Ms. Williams.

    3. That great female American Weight-Lifter, Nose - from PressU State. About 5'11", 298 lbs. She could be the next replacement for Bubba Brown, the bombers vaunted 6'8", 289 lb. canuck DT. Lack of height not a problem as she'll probably end up pressing her way into the pocket.

No word on whether TSN's Milt Stegall will be doing trampoline features for the last two signings???

I think they're also signing that horse that got disqualified from the olympics as a full back. He'll be particularly useful on those goal line jumps.

Ray Odums has already served notice to bomber ownership (NDP government) for Infringement of Copyright (to nickname "BLADE")

Oscar might have to go with "BLADE BUMMER"
