Calgary Stampeders News Roundup for August 25, 2013

Calgary Stampeders dig deep for win
The importance of character is tough to get a handle on.
When teams are winning, the word character is usually bandied about in a positive light.
When teams are losing, lack of character is pointed to by media and fans.

Game Balls and Bricks from Stampeders win
    Injuries ... what injuries?
The Calgary Stampeders walked into Toronto and laid a beating on the Argos, sharing the injury wealth by knocking quarterback Ricky Ray out of the game early in the first quarter via a Charleston Hughes hit.

Calgary Stampeders escape without more injuries
When the Calgary Stampeders take the field for a short workout Sunday, the weekly injury updates may be a tad lighter than everyone is used to this season.
Other than the usual bumps and bruises, the Stamps seem to have escaped Toronto relatively unscathed.
    It’s, obviously, way overdue.
