Wasn't Clarke the one who took out Maurice Price?

I'm getting excited about some of our newcomers in the secondary. The buzz is definitely positive thus far. Rookie DB Fred Bennett is another guy who seems to be turning some heads. Obviously we'll only know once the live bullets start to fly but I think we'll be in very good shape back there once again.

Now if the pass rush could just help them out a little more this year...

Maybe his over-eagerness will be a good thing in game action. It seems to reflect positively on his compete level anyway. Hopefully he's learned his lesson now and will practice smarter not just harder.

Nah. he showed a lack of discipline & judgement as well as seriously injuring a teammate. if he can't control himself in a practice then how will he do in a game? I can understand a high school player not being able to control himself wanting to hit an offensive player when he isn't supposed to. Lord knows, I have dealt with that more than a few times. Even if the offending player was in grade 11, he still got in trouble. His position coach or coordinator usually chews a player out. I've seen some nasty injuries in situations like that which is why I get so worked up over it. Like I said, I can understand a young 16 year old getting carried away but not a guy wanting to be a pro player. No excuse for what he did. What if that had been Nik Lewis?

Luckily Lewis is indestructible and would have DESTROYED him! ;)

Even a guy like Lewis isn't indestructible if he isn't ready or expecting a hit. One bad hit away from the injured list.

It was Tim Clark, rather than Andre Clark.

Please tell me he isn't injury prone! We seems to have enough of those already.
