Second round was too fast for TV or even the webcast - John Delahunt, James Greene, Keith Shologan, Alexander Krausnick, J'Micheal Deane, Matt Albright, Pat Lavoie, Joe Epelle

I'm sorry to lose Deane, but that had been hinted at earlier. :(

He's a character guy and will be a good addition to Ottawa's o-line.

But given he's from southern Ontario, I'm sure he's all right with the move...

Previously I said that they'd end up with at least 6 OL. So far 5 selected. A little surprised that more defensive players weren't selected.

Something screwed up on site. Here's the link if you want to watch it along with the 2 questions from the press assembled.

TSN.ca is streaming the event as well - they also have commentary so it's not just a 30 second blip of draft and thats it.

Patrick Lavoie - Montreal - 3rd Year in CFL
    2013 - 6 catches for 46 yards
Career - 39 catches for 353 yards with 4 TDs

Used very effectively in Montreal in 2012. After only a handful of catches his entire CIS career at Laval he took to the blocking back role very quickly and was used in goalline situations.

Joe Epelle - Toronto - 5th Year in CFL
    2013 - 3 games
    Career - 46 games

Former 2nd overall draft pick from Washington State is a big body (6'7" 300lbs) that can factor in on the OL right away.

John Delahunt - Hamilton - 2nd Year in CFL
    2013 - 9 catches for 104 yards with 2 TDs
Career - 9 catches for 104 yards with 2 TDs

Another big body blocking back/TE that had a strong career at UConn. Knee injury last year is a source of concern but if healthy could be a major component of the offense.

James Green - Winnipeg - 6th Year in CFL
    2013 - 20 special teams tackles
Career - 74 special teams tackles, 2 FR

A regular contributor on special teams. Potentially could be used as a safety. An interesting pick for the second round but without the lists it's still in the dark about who was available from the Peg.

    J'Micheal Deane - Calgary - 4th Year in CFL
    2013 - 15 games
    Career - 38 games

The big man with roots in Hinton, Alberta although he grew up in Ontario showed up in 15 games last year with starts at right tackle, right and left guard.

Keith Shologan - Saskatchewan - 7th Year in CFL
    2013 - 31 tackles, 4 sacks
    Career - 138 tackles, 15 sacks, 2 FR

A regular face on that Saskatchewan interior defensive line. Keith's impact goes beyond the football field and he was well known for making public appearances on behalf of the team. He'll be missed in the rectangle but a big addition for Ottawa.

Alexander Krausnick - Edmonton - 4th Year in CFL
Started at center after missing the first 7 games with an injury.

Matt Albright - BC - 2nd Year in CFL
Slated to be a guard in Ottawa. Albright has the inside track on a starting job this year.

So on twitter they were saying that potentially these 5 OL taken already will be the starting 5 come July 1st. Interesting.
