Canadian defensive lineman Mathieu Betts has signed contract with the Edmonton Eskimos. It’s a two pus one deal with an NFL option window after the 2020 season. Betts was the lone member of the 2019 CFL draft class to participate in an NFL training camp. The former Laval star signed with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent back in April, but he was released among the final training camp cuts.
