Olli Jokinen is the newest member of the Winnipeg Jets.

He may be past his prime and can't win a faceoff to save his life, but he's still a solid addition to their club.

I'm not sure he's worth $4.5 Million a season though. They're billing him as their new number one center but he never could nail down that spot despite being given every opportunity in Calgary on a team that has been desperate for a true #1 center for a decade.

I like the signing for us. We need a scoring centre & thanks to Brent Sutter Ollie has become a more complete hockey player. He will help the Jets. I don't get the lack of love for the guy here. He did everything the Flames asked him to do. Sure, his first stint here wasn't the best but I think he redeemed himself the past 2 seasons. I think the Flames are going to miss him.
