Webcast just got rolling, audio is terrible....
    [hr]
West is wearing reds, East in whites. Handshakes are done, West kickoff team on the way onto the field.
    [hr]
East moving the ball and crossing midfield already.
    [hr]
West comes up with the big INT to end the drive. Returns the ball across midfield. First and 10 from the East 37. Really wish we had rosters with numbers on them....who knows who the kids are.
    [hr]
Khaleal Williams with the big run for a first down.
    [hr]
First points are on the board.

West kicks a FG to take a 3-0 lead with 9:15 to go in the 1Q.
    [hr]
West is rolling!!! Fumble on the first play and they recover.
    [hr]
The turnover turns into points as the West kicks another FG.

6-0 West with 8:21 to go in the 1Q
    [hr]
East storms back and threatens inside the 10 but settles for a 16 yard FG attempt. Fumbled the snap but got the kick off and it's 6-3 West with 7:15 to go in the 1Q.

Working the clock is not part of the gameplan so far.
    [hr]
East back on the march. And I believe that Luke Thiel was just called for PI in the endzone.
    [hr]
East got stopped again inside the 10 and settles for a 14 yard FG. Final play of the 1Q and it's 6-6.

Teams are marching back and forth but still even at 6. 8:42 to go in the 2Q.
    [hr]
East goes for it on 3rd and goal. They trick the camera guy but can't complete the pass. West ball on the 2.
    [hr]
West INT and it's East ball. That's one INT each plus the East TOD.
    [hr]
East kicks another FG and it's 9-6 East.
    [hr]
East concedes the safety in the endzone. 9-8 East with 2:11 to go until halftime.
    [hr]

    [hr]
East is knocking on the door here in the final minute to half.
    [hr]
East settles for another FG. 12-8 with 33 seconds to go in the 2Q.
    [hr]
    And that's the half.
    [hr]
East punches one through! TD on a great run. (Skibin?)

Kick is good and it's 19-8 East 13:16 to go in the 3Q

Ok Rids is feeding the kids so I'll fill in some blanks...

6:49 to go in the 3Q and it's 21-8 East with the West inside the 10.
    [hr]
East gives up another safety. 21-10.
    [hr]
Another East FG and it's 24-10 with 1:35 to go in the 3Q.
    [hr]
Brett Lauther from Saint Mary's is 5 for 5 kicking FGs for the East.
    [hr]

Big run from the West QB.
    [hr]
Nice run by Lumbala! This kid is a keeper.
    [hr]
West back to the East 10 yard line but a flag backs them up.
    [hr]
West tries the 6 pack offense but can't block long enough to get the receivers open. Not a good mix.
    [hr]
In the end they settle for a 30 yard FG. 24-16 East.
    [hr]
4:48 to go in the 4Q
    [hr]
West seems to be giving up on the passing game and running the ball. Lots of questions about why they didn't run with Lumbala earlier.
    [hr]
1:50 to go. West needs the TD and 2 point convert
    [hr]
West QB Austin Kennedy (Windsor) is scrambling well. Not sure this helps his draft stock but bodes well for Windsor's OUA year.
    [hr]
Snap the ball at the 10, run backwards for a bit, throw a screen pass to Lumbala who jukes and jives back to the 11. Sometimes an incomplete pass is the better play.
    [hr]
The turnover on downs seals the deal. Not a good pass to finish this event. Receiver on the ground in the endzone...
    [hr]
Game over. 24-16 win for the East.

No rosters for the game? Seriously. Wow...
    [hr]
If the West isn't passing well, is that a schemes thing or are the qbs & receivers not in synch? Sorry, not able to watch the game so that may be a dumb question, Rids. The other thing (I want to know Rids, is this. One of the players on the Bisons I know quite well. His father told me that Khaleel Williams ineligible to play this season. That doesn't sound right. Do you know anything about that?

We had rosters but no numbers. Webcast had visual but brutal audio. Classic CIS.

The West had quality players but they seemed to try to balance them between two units rather than roll with a power unit and then mix and match. The usual issues of the All-Star games. Like running Lumbala with Kennedy and most of the time going with an empty backfield or at least shuffling the running back up to the line.

If Williams isn't eligible I don't think it's because of his age/years of play.
