Time for some old memories from the CFL Time Tunnel. Think of the worst coach/QB combination and post it in this thread.

I'll start out with one example.

    Worst Possible CFL Game #1....

Joe Zaleski, coach w/ John Schneider QB vs. Jeff Reinbold, Coach w/ TJ Rubley, QB --- inter-squad game!

I woulda slipped Rainman Huard in there but I couldn't remember who his QB was!

Jay Barker with Jimmy Kemp as a backup before Kerwin Bell returned from Winnipeg to salvage a seemingly doomed 2000 season.

I'd add Joe Galat and Luc Tousignant of Montreal Concorde fame.

I liked Benji Dial. It was 1970 with that dreadful 2-14 team & Jim Spavital's first year as HC... He had Wally Gabler for half a season then Ron Johnson, then Benji Dial. Had Dial had a decent team in front of him he may have been the next great Bomber qb of that era. Then the Bombers traded with the Argos for qb Don Jonas in the off season just before training camp. Dial stuck around for the 1971 season before realizing the future wasn't bright in Winnipeg for him & he left.
