On that list about the only name I think you may be wrong with is Cortez. He has a very expensive long term deal. He should be given a chance to finish what he started. Now Casey Creehan OTOH, there's a DC on the bubble.

Would get rid of Burris if I was Ham. He's done.

Hank is toast! But they've got a similar problem to Wpg and Pierce.

If Cortez survives, perhaps Hankenstank does too!

Hank has had a lot of yards throwing the football. Problem is, he just can't win.

    Hank can't think (never could)

Even the old blueppers on the panel (Stegall, Brown) noted (correctly) that Hank has to use his legs more to generate first downs and drive continuations. Hank is barely more mobile than Kevin Glenn or Rickety Ray right now.

I don't know how Boob Young (hamilton owner) can tolerate another year of this. Hank is failing on the field and Cortez is plotzing on the sidelines.

They might be able to trade or cut Hank for 2013 (or hope the Ottawa braintrust plucks him in the draft) but the only way to survive Cortez is to boot him upstairs into the GM spot and retire O'Billovich (who's nearly 75)

To be fair to Hank, who still appears to have plenty of arm left (mostly wild, often stupid) reliable guys like Fantooz and Chris Williams looked like they had the hands of a 7 month old child last nite.
