Now they have the long wait for the Bruins-Wings series. Does the layoff benefit them or hurt them?

Benefit for sure. Any rest in a long gruelling season is always welcome. The less games you can play the better.

In the CFL it seems to be a curse. Both of the hosts of the Division Finals last year lost.

Looks like Boston doesn't want Montreal to wait too long though.

Could get ugly ...... Especially in the household with a Habs fan and a Bruins fan ..... I' ll have to get my stripes out.

    "Atop their conference", huh?

Jeez, that doesn't say much for the East then, does it? :smug:

Calgary deserved a much better fate at home against the Habs a few nights ago.

However, Montreal was most deserving everything that happened to them tonight...;)

Thanks for the easy two points tonight, Habs...:D

Maybe they needed a little push from Flash and the Ottawa faithful.

this was Jacques Demers' rallying song in 1993 when the habs (and Canada) last won the cup. I play it after each win.
even has Cfl in the web address.
