Cleveland Brown's WR Josh Gordon has his one year suspension recently upheld for violating the substance abuse policy for a 3rd time. There are now rumblings and speculation that Gordon is exploring possible CFL options. Now, Gordon cannot play in the CFL so long as he is on an active NFL roster and suspended by the league.
