The Calgary Stampeders have signed free-agent national linebacker Beau Landry.

Landry spent the first three seasons of his career with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, working primarily on special teams. In 36 career regular-season games, Landry has recorded 28 special-teams tackles while adding one defensive tackle and two forced fumbles. He was also in uniform for three playoff games and the 2014 Grey Cup.

With this signing most likely Glen Love will be signing elsewhere. With Berger going to the Redblacks signing Landry fills a void on special teams.
