I like what Kevin Glenn has brought to the team already. Sure he's more than capable of stepping in and being a decent starter in a pinch, but more importantly he's a team first player. He's willing to mentor a younger QB and won't pout or be upset when that younger player receives playing time at his expense. He proved that for several years in Hamilton when the team seemed to be hoping that Quinton Porter would wrest the job away from Glenn and went with what essentially amounted to a two-headed QB monster. Hardly an ideal situation but Glenn handled in with complete class.

I don't expect that to change anytime soon as Calgary is hopeful that Tate will grow into the role of a number one QB and will lean on Glen to help him get there and to cover for him when he struggles.
