Quote from Mark Sanchez today:
By other stuff he means eventually become the starting QB.
Not a chance, Rids. Tebow is a horrible qb. By other stuff, he'll return punts, play the Wildcat, work into the starting rotation at running back & then get cut once his contract is up. That other stuff.
Sanchez is a bum. He'll be out of J-E-T-S country by the end of the year.
Sanchez could have a bounce back season. He played pretty well until last season. Then again, Rex Ryan doesn't help things by opening up his mouth & constantly putting his foot into it. I think Ryan, like Mark Sanchez, has to refocus on the job at hand. For Ryan, a little less conversation & a little more action.
Interesting that in the year that Dirty Sanchez couldn't find a way into the playoffs is the year that you think he played pretty well.
Yeah, Flash. The guy has played pretty well until last season. You denying that?
I can't see him being effective as a running back. He's not shifty enough in tight spaces. He might be a decent special teamer though with a little work.
Sanchez is a backup QB first, then he'll not do other stuff.
That tells you the value of Tebow to his team. One hit away from starting & he might be returning punts.
