Would have loved to have landed this guy, Winnipeg could have had him but took Jade Etienne instead, well duh, eh Nate???

Believe it's time to bump this thread after the game Coehoorn had last night. Couple of clutch catches.

Being a Bomber fan watching that game last night, everytime Coehoorn made a catch & Etienne just kept sitting on the bench contributing absolutely nothing as a player, I got a case of indigestion that just got worse as the game went on.

Ditto - how Drowsy Joe (Mack) could have missed the mark on Coohorne is beyond belief. Of course, Mack probably never saw either man play CIS. He was relying on a group of stringers (guys who see the odd CIS game) who told him Etienne was the superior prospect. Which obviously makes us both barf every time we see Etienne burning a uniform, essentially turning a 43 man roster into 42.

The fans in Winnipeg are beginning to ask questions about Etienne. And so they should... Twenty three games into his career & still virtually a no show.

The worst part about Winnipeg drafting Etienne isn't that Coehoorn landed elsewhere, it's that he landed with Schmoes. ;(

The worst thing is that Bombers chose Etienne ahead of Coehoorn. Etienne was #4, Shmoes took Coehorne at 5 and Tilman sent Drowsy Joe a thank u card and a 6 month supply of geritol.....

I would have been pissed no matter where Coehorne went. Imagine if he had a craftsman QB tossing to him (Ray, Calvillo, Lulay, Tate) instead of a couple goobers like The JJ boyz....
