Hughes thinks he was snubbed by TSN because he didn't make their top 50? Buddy you're a great all around defensive end, but this is a passing league and you scarcely get to the QB. That's why you weren't in the top 50. Fair or not, that's the first thing people are going to look at with a defensive end. Luckily, Chris Jones is gone so now you have the chance to prove that it was just his bizarre scheme that was hurting your numbers.

Maybe some of Tsoumpas's OL mates should train with the people Tsoumpas trains with. Especially Stanley Bryant & Edwin Harrison who can't go 4 games or a day of training camp without being hurt. I hate to sound so negative but is it really the bumps & bruises od TC or just a lack of proper training? it's always the same guys out too. Bryant, Harrison, Arthur... You'd think the Stamps would want to see how they train in the off season & what they do to maintain their training during the season because they always seem to be fighting one injury or another.

You may be on to something. Cornish seemed to imply that he felt it was a lack of preparation that was a major contributor to the rash of injuries during camp.

Yeah, I read that which is why I said what I did. Well Cornish should know. Like I said, it's always the same guys out with injuries. Some guys can't even get thru the first day of TC & they're out for a month. There has to be some truth to what Jon says.

That's not to say all of it is due to lack of preparation, not for everyone anyway. Jon Gott has had concussion issues. That's not his fault. For some it's just genetics or bad luck. Jesse Lumsden was in phenomenal shape but couldn't stay healthy for more than two or three games at a time.
