Too bad to Ontko and Seastrunk, I liked what they brought to the team in camp.
I wondering on the practice roster who will be snagged by another team.

    Good luck to Buckley

Yup I agree with both those guys are not the guys I suspected would have been released. Seastunk will be a big mistake for the Stamps.

Only time will tell in regards to Seastunk and Ontko, both had great camps but obviously came up short for whatever reasons. Harrison is solid in the backfield as well and hopefully close to being at 100%.

The true headscratcher to me is B-Mac. By all accounts he had a great camp, new positive attitude since he came over for the second time from Ottawa. Must be something more to it to just give up a high quality corner for a neg list player.

B-Mac decision was based on the number of penalties he takes I would bet.

On final CFL cut down day across Canada, Calgary sent defensive back Brandon McDonald to Saskatchewan for a negotiation list player.

That turned out to be defensive lineman Tavaris Barnes. The Clemson product recorded 13 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, one forced fumble and recovered one fumble for a touchdown during his senior year with the Tigers in 2014.

Barnes went unselected in the 2015 NFL Draft, but inked a free agent deal with New Orleans. He made the 53-man roster out of training camp and played in 12 games recording five tackles for the Saints last season.

In April, New Orleans let Barnes go, but less than a week later Seattle signed the six-foot-four, 282-pounder whose CFL rights now reside with the Stampeders.
