Ok I looked into it a little more and that's the average over the whole year. So with regular holidays (Christmas, Easter, New Years, etc.) + vacation time + nominal sick days (5?) it works out to a 26 hour average work week.

The true full work week is listed as 36.5 hours per week in Sweden.

It's a weird way to report it but they're European and they do everything weird. (I can say this I'm 1/8 Swedish...)

So, do they average 36.5 or 26 hours a week working? That is a huge difference.
