Ugh....it's been 30+ with 40% humidity inside my house day and night for going on 6 days now.

I can't sleep at all and feel like crap.

On Monday and Tuesday night, it was 34 inside my place when I went to sleep (for all of 2 hours) and 31 when I woke up. :-/

For whatever reason, this place just heats up and won't cool off until we get at least a day of more "normal" temperatures. It could be 25 outside and still 30 inside, even with the front door ( :D ) and all the windows wide open.

Alberta homes are built to hold heat! Saves costs in the winter. If you own your own place your best solution is to wire in a larger exhaust fan in the attic. Pulls the heat out of the attic and allows the heat of the main floors to rise.

Well, I can only think of the alternative in January & the things we Albertans go through weather wise just to get here in July. Bring on the heat!
