Anyone know why the last game this week is on Monday?

It seems odd for the CFL to have teams playing on a non-holiday Monday.

even more odd seeing as the blue jays have been on the road the entire week.

Bruce Springsteen played there friday night.

Maybe they were hoping Springsteen would do a second show! (which would probably sellout 60,000 plus seats) vs. the normal 21,000 to 22,500 for Argos

It is weird. Even though it is the Argos (most boring team in the league to watch IMO) and the Eskies I miss the Sunday game.

Rogers Centre & the Blow Jays are driving this. Pretty obvious they want to screw the Argos best they can.

I think deuvl and Bronks actually hit on it with their reference to Springsteen a few posts back.

His concert played Rogers last night so there went Friday (with, no doubt, the concert stage set up), as well as Sunday (with the take down).

That left Monday as the only open date.

Just about 23,000 there for the game. Monday night is a good night. The Argos will play a home game on every day of the week this year. Very unique!
