Hey Stamps fans, it's that time of the season again: The team is done, but you're not.

Welcome to the 2015 Stampeders edition of You Be The Boss.

    http://www.calgarysun.com/2015/11/24/you-be-the-boss-stampeders-edition-2015

If you were in charge of the team, how would you shape it?

Who would you keep, or trade, and who deserves a big fat raise?

Now's your chance to have a say.(Mobile users click here for the survey.)

Scroll through, let us know how you feel about each member of the red and white, from the coaching staff to the quarterbacks to the O-linemen.

And don't forget to answer the Endzone questions! Here's a link.

We'll publish the results in our Dec. 3 paper and right here at calgarysun.com

From the rebuilding capital of the world (Win a Pig) I'd really considering trading a solid asset like Drew Tate for value (a shutdown corner, perhaps a 5 DL, preferably Canadian).
Tate is approaching 30 and deserves a shot at steering a CFL team on his own. His days as Johnny Football, Jr. appear to be over.
BC needs an above average serviceable QB as Lulay is always in doubt and the new guy Jennings is still green.
Sask'n could be another landing ground but other than draft picks there's really nothing on their current skeleton roster (you plucked Messam to replace the ailing Cornish) = maybe neg rights to that big bubba canuck o-lineman that still has NFL dreams!
Hamilton or Montreal are also ripe with options - both have tons of serviceable imports and non-imps to choose from!
Stamps could always pick up a serviceable hobo like Matt Nichols (FA status). Matt ain't gonna be a CFL superstar but he's serviceable and knowledgeable. Just a slightly reduced skill set.

Typical go screw around with the bomber roster leave ours alone. Tate is a good QB in case of an injury no other team has as good a backup as we do. Remember at one time he was the guy and still could be if needed.

I will leave it to Huff to make the necessary changes! I would love to see Nik Lewis as a receiver coach though!

Nik wants another year as a receiver. But he'd be a nice catch as receiver coach down the road.
Tate deserves a crack at a starting job unless he's happy to be Buck-Levy's coffee fetch!

Bronks, Tate's already on record as being extremely happy to be BLM's "coffee fetch" in Calgary (and on that point I kid you not) and at a significant annual stipend for doing so. (I guess that point is not widely known in other markets around the country).

He is certainly not "chafing at the bit" to go somewhere else in the hopes of earning a starting position in Winnipeg, BC, or in Montreal, amongst other venues.

Why would he want to venture into "lesser territories" in other CFL markets in the hope of carrying the primary clipboard but with a commensurately higher chance of ending his season much earlier than the Stampeders have, or likely will?

Tate will stay where he is.

Because if he's not interested in doing so, he would not have "re-upped" with Calgary last off-season when the writing was already on the wall concerning who the Stampeders' starter would be...;)

Didn't know Tate was happy to be Jason Maas, Jr. Happy for him if that's true. He'd a pig to slaughter if he suited up in Winnipeg or Sask'n the way it stands. Even in Vancouver - at least in Cowtown he makes it thru every season generally unscathed; prolly hauling down $160k minimum (perhaps as high at $185)
